BS&B JRS reverse buckling disk

Reverse buckling disk with the widest size range of the family, DN25 to DN1050, burst pressures 0.83 to 51.7 bar, 90 % operating ratio, aluminium available.

The JRS combines a large size range with a high burst pressure ceiling: from DN25 to DN1050 and from below 1 bar to over 50 bar in one product. For a plant that wants to standardise on a single reverse buckling disk type across most of its relief points, the JRS is the candidate.

It offers the same Sta-Saf performance envelope as the SKr, including aluminium as a standard material, full vacuum resistance without a support and a non-fragmenting opening suitable for safety valve isolation.

The first back-pressure independent reverse buckling disk: variable back pressure up to 2 bar has no effect on the burst pressure. DN25 to DN250, 3.45 to 34.5 bar, 90 % operating ratio, non-fragmenting.
