BS&B Eco-Saf ECR reverse buckling disk

Economical reverse buckling disk with integral gaskets for low pressures, 0.07 to 6.9 bar, DN25 to DN600. Installs between standard flanges in the EC-7RS or EC-7R holder.

The Eco-Saf ECR brings reverse buckling performance to applications where cost is the first filter. The disk is supplied with integral gaskets and drops into the simple EC-7RS pre-torqued or EC-7R pre-assembled holder, so installation is fast and the number of parts is minimal. Burst pressures start at just 70 mbar.

Despite the price point it is a genuine reverse buckling disk: 90 % operating ratio, non-fragmenting and suitable for safety valve isolation. It is a frequent replacement for graphite disks on low-pressure duty where the plant wants a metal, non-fragmenting solution. Depending on the burst pressure and size, a vacuum support may be needed; we check this for every quotation.
