Single-section explosion panel with integral outlet frame and gaskets, 227 × 305 mm to 1130 × 1727 mm, designed for dust collectors, cyclones and conveyors.
The VSM is a complete venting unit: the explosion panel arrives already mounted in its own outlet frame with gaskets fitted. The frame gives a rigid, flat bolting surface, which matters on equipment such as cyclones and conveyor casings where the housing itself is not stiff enough to support a bare panel.
It is a single-section metal panel designed for non-fragmentation and tested to NFPA 68 and ATEX. The integral frame also makes it the practical choice for retrofits where cutting a new opening is easier than fabricating a matching frame.
Selection data we need
Vessel volume and strength (Pred), Kst and Pmax of the dust, static activation pressure, operating pressure and temperature, and the mounting location.
