BS&B Vent-Saf VSE explosion vent

The VSE is a flat metal vent with integral gaskets designed for the simplest case: equipment whose pressure hardly moves during normal operation. Without pressure or vacuum cycling to consider, the panel can be made light and economical while still opening at a low, well-defined static pressure.

It is typically applied to storage silos, bins and enclosures that are only pressurised by an explosion itself. If your equipment runs under suction or sees pulsating pressure, we will steer you to the domed VSP instead.
