Flat composite explosion vent with slotted 316 stainless top section and FEP/PTFE seal, 230 × 305 mm to 1130 × 1727 mm, available with high-temperature insulation.
The EXP separates the two jobs of an explosion vent. A slotted 316 stainless steel top section carries the load and defines where the vent opens; a fluoropolymer seal beneath it keeps the process tight. The result is a vent that opens at a low, accurate pressure, resists corrosive and wet dusts, and can be cleaned in food and pharmaceutical environments.
Because the seal and top section can be insulated, the EXP is also the standard answer for dryers and hot ducts. It is the base model of a small family: the EXP-V adds a vacuum support and the EXP-DV is the round version.
