GLAUNACH type DA diffuser silencer with insulated shell
Type D diffuser silencer with an additional glass fabric and mineral wool insulation of the inner shell for better thermal and acoustic insulation of the outer shell.
The DA adds an insulation layer of long-stranded glass fabric and mineral wool on the inner shell surfaces of the type D. That layer keeps shell radiation noise and surface temperature down, which matters where the silencer stands close to walkways or where the shell itself would otherwise become a noise source.

Medium and its state, mass flow, inlet pressure and temperature, allowable back pressure, inlet size and flange rating, required noise level and the distance at which it applies, installation (indoor, roof, height), material preference, quantity.
