Reliance Levalarm high and low water alarm switches and cut-outs

Levalarms are the Reliance level switches for boiler and tank safety: low water cut-outs, fuel cut-outs and high and low water alarms.

The REA100F-1000 float switch uses a dual magnet design. A stainless steel float on a rod carries an encapsulated magnet and pivots on an axle inside the chamber. As the level falls, the float drops and the primary magnet repels a secondary magnet in the switch housing, which operates the switch. The repelling fields give a positive interlock that is not affected by heat, vibration or loss of electrical power and tolerates installation misalignment. The switch drops in and needs no adjustment at commissioning, and the explosion-proof housing carries FM, CSA, ATEX and IECEx certification.

Series REA101 probe type Levalarms respond to rising and falling water at pre-set points and can combine functions on boilers and tanks in power plants and process facilities.
