Jerguson SafeView shields for high pressure level gages
Lexan polycarbonate shields that protect operators from high pressure leaks of flat glass level gages and the glass from accidental impact; retrofit in minutes on Jerguson Series 20, 32, 40 and 300L and on other brands.
Armored glass gages are very reliable, but leaks can occur through deferred maintenance or the rigours of continuous high pressure operation. Erosion of the gage glass is often invisible until the gage is taken apart. SafeView shields put a layer of tough polycarbonate between the gage and the operator.
The shield also protects the glass against accidental impact. Installation takes a few minutes, so a whole plant can be retrofitted, and the mounting fits Jerguson and other brands of flat glass gages. For side-connected gages a version with cut-outs clears the valves.
Selection data we need
Gage brand and series, glass size and number of sections, end or side connected, and which accessories are fitted (frost extensions, scales, brackets, heating or insulation are not compatible).
