Round flameless venting system, 200 to 800 mm, combining an explosion vent with a quenching module. Responds to the pressure rise of a deflagration and relieves it indoors without flame.
The IQR is the round counterpart of the R-IQ. It consists of two parts: a round explosion vent that opens on the rapidly rising pressure of a deflagration, and a quenching module through which the hot gases must pass before reaching the room. The mesh cools the gases below the ignition temperature of the dust and holds back particles, so no flame and no burning material leave the unit.
Round formats from 200 to 800 mm suit cyclone tops, bin roofs and duct connections, and the compact module keeps installation height modest even on equipment close to a ceiling.
