KITO VD/MC pressure and vacuum relief valve, endurance burning proof

End-of-line pressure and vacuum relief valve approved for deflagration and endurance burning, DN80 to DN200, for fixed-roof tanks with flammable products.

The VD/MC is a pressure and vacuum relief valve with separate pressure and vacuum outlets, each protected by a flame arrester that is approved for deflagration and endurance burning. It is used on fixed-roof tanks to prevent inadmissible pressure and vacuum and to minimise product losses.

With sizes from DN80 to DN200 it extends endurance-burning protection to larger breathing flows than the VD/KG-BEH-6-IIB3.

Selection data we need

Tank volume and pump in/out rates, product and flash point, required pressure and vacuum settings, nominal size and connection standard, blanketing gas if any, and required accessories. We size with the KITO KISS program per ISO 28300 / API 2000.
